TSPSC Released Results Notification on 23-08-2018 for PD(Physical Director) and Librarian Post in Various Junior Colleges and Degree Colleges of Residential Eductional institution Societies. As Preliminary Exam for Both PD and Librarian held on 10-09-2017. and Main Examination Of PD(Physical Director) Held on 13-05-2018 and for Librarian on 12-05-2018. Certificate Verification Of PD in Junior and Degree Colleges and librarian in Degree Colleges will be held on 28-08-2018. And Librarian in Junior Colleges will be held on 05-09-2018. PROVISIONAL LIST OF ALL THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATES CALLED FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION FOR THE POSTS OF PHYSICAL DIRECTOR IN DEGREE COLLEGES(23/2017), PHYSICAL DIRECTOR IN JUNIOR COLLEGES(24/2017), LIBRARIAN IN DEGREE COLLEGES(26/2017) AND LIBRARIAN IN JUNIOR COLLEGES(28/2017) IN VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS SOCIETIES

RESULT NOTIFICATION 

It is hereby that on the basis of Main Examination held on 12/05/2018 &13/05/2018 for the Posts of Physical Director in Degree Colleges, Physical Director in Junior Colleges, Librarian in Degree Colleges and Librarian in Junior Colleges in various Residential Educational Institutions Societies details as follows:

In order to avoid multiple phases of Certificate Verification, the Commission decided to conduct certificate verification for all the qualified Candidates as the number of candidates is not large. Therefore the candidates with the following Hall Ticket Numbers who have qualified in the main examination are called for verification of certificates, from 10.00 AM onwards. As per the above table The candidates who are called for Verification of Certificates have to produce the following certificates in original along with a set of Photostat copies duly attested by Gazzetted Officer at the time of Verification of Certificates, failing which, they will NOT be admitted in subsequent process of selection . No request will be entertained for subsequent submission of any of the required certificates. In terms of the Notification, the candidate should possess the requisite qualifications as on the date of the Notification. The Commission reserves right to disqualify any candidate, if he/she is not found eligible for any reason at any stage. Admission to Verification of Certificates does not confer ipso facto any right for Final selection.

2. Hall Ticket (Mains) 

3. Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Memo)

4. Un-Employee declaration for claiming fee exemption for the applicants who are in the age group of 18-44 years (OC UnEmployees) 

5. Provisional or Convocation Certificate and Marks Memo (Required Educational Certificates) 

6.Certificate of NET(UGC/ CSIR) /SLET. 

7. School Study certificate from 4th to 10th class or Certificate of Residence/Nativity (When the candidates have not studied in School but studied privately or in open school) 

8. Integrated Community certificate (Caste Certificate) issued by T.S. Government with Father/ Mother Name. 

9 Non-Creamy Layer certificate for BC Community Candidates with father name as per Memo No. 3009/BCW/OP/2011, Govt., of Telangana, BC Welfare (OP) Department, Dt: 18/12/2015.(Prescribed format hosted on Website) 

10. Disability Certificate (SADAREM Certificate) in case of PH candidates. The PH candidates have to under go a medical examination at respective Medical Board. 

11. Agency Area Certificate (For ST candidates only) 

12. NOC from employer for In-service candidates 

13. Service certificate issued by the State Government of Telangana for the candidates who are working under T.S. Govt., who are claiming Age relaxation 

14. Proof of Ex-servicemen, if any 

15. Web option Document 

16. 2 sets of Attestation forms duly signed by Gazzetted Officer.
