TYPES OF NUMBERS (English Medium)

Types of numbers:

Natural numbers(N): Numbers which starts from big "1" and continuing up to infinity is called "natural numbers". it is denoted by "N".

Ex: N={1,2,3,4,5,........}

Whole numbers(W): Numbers which starts from big "0" and continuing up to infinity is called "whole numbers". it is denoted by "W".

Ex: W={0,1,2,3,4,.......}

Integers(Z): Numbers which starts from both sides of "0" right side positive and left side left negative respectively. it is denoted by "Z".

Ex: Z={.....-4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4,.....}
